Our Roots
Magnolia Risk Solutions was founded by Stephen Frank, a commercial insurance broker and risk manager with years of experience helping businesses navigate complex risks. Outside the agency, Stephen serves as a State Representative in South Carolina, where he champions limited government and pro-business policies.
